Mission Work
As a church we are committed to evangelism, discipleship, church and planting among others.We believe that missions and evangelism are the only way a healthy church can contribute to the great commission.
Over the years we have undertaken some missions and evangelism activities which we are committed to sustaining the gains and achieving more.We would need your support financially and spiritually to advance the frontiers of the gospel of Christ.
Our leaders have set aside a group of Evangelism team members who are been taught and trained in spreading of the Christian gospel to members within, non – believers, those who have lost their way with the word of God etc. public preaching is our main priority to keep God’s Children on the right track at all times.
The Lord’s Church was born out of the Winneba Road Church of Christ, Congregation on the 3rd of June, 2001 under the name Iron – City Zone which later became Accra – Road Congregation.
Worship started at Mary Star of the Sea School until the Church moved to its own permanent place of Worship inside Amanfro on the 29th May, 2011. The first meeting attendance was 50 adults and 43 Children with some members coming from Winneba Road congregation.
